The GM Suzan takes a personal interest in guests comfort, Yohatan, Omri, courteous outgoing and efficient concierge staff, Yasih and Dining room personnel pleasant and attentive. Overall a wonderful relaxing stay and will recommend it to anyone...

Very romantic cabin

The entry to the hotel was difficult to find. After driving around several times we were told the closed gate is where we enter. There was no sign to indicate this the entry to Galei Kinert.

Quiet hotel imaculately designed. Superb service. Very tasty meals. 300 meters from the market. Easy driving distance from all sights near Safed & Sea of Galilee. Possibly slightly overpriced.

Really nice hotel and view. Room was great as well the pool.

The room was with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast was not included to the plan but you can find one in the hotel restaurant or on the street. I did not find staff always in the front desk so I had to make a phone call to get out my car from the parking.

Hotel was great, couldn't beat the location, right on the water front. Breakfast was outstanding, delicious and so much to eat. Only thing to be aware of is you can't drive right up to the hotel. You have to use public parking which is very close by and walk to the hotel a short distance. No biggie, but would have been nice to know that as we were looking for the location to drive up to it like most hotels. I would definitely stay there again, even though you had to park and walk a...

Very nice hotel; excellent food; good service. It was a bit noisy from street noise. The beds need better sheets and top sheets would be nice, but seems to be standard for Israel hotels. The staff was helpful and nice. The location was great with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Overall, we would recommend!

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets...

Staying at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Tiberias was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the beautifully remodeled room, I was captivated by the attention to detail and the stunning view overlooking the boardwalk. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, situated in the heart of everything, yet offering a serene escape. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely...

The owners were fantastic and friendly. Very clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk lady, Katya, was so kind and helpful. She helped us resolve several issues with our room and was always so kind in meeting our needs.

Was only there for one night two days but it was very enjoyable for my family. There are water slides, all meals were included was just very pleasant experience.

A very nice place with very friendly staff.
