"Rooms need some maintenance, bathroom tiles broken and loose, shower head loose(won't tighten). Area to rooms wallpaper bubbling carpet stained. Complimentary breakfast, set menu staff won't deviate form it. I orders oatmeal and fruit was told only one is provided."

"Tout etait merveilleux. Tout s’est bien déroulé sauf peut être au moment du chek out. On nous a facturé 210$ de consommations non - utilisées de mini bar. Un simple courriel et tout est entré dans l'ordre. Je félicite la rapidité de reponse et l'efficacité du personnel"

"The only issie I had was that you can hear the people in the next room talking. So it was hard to get to sleep. The walls seem "thin" in this hotel. Stayed here before and same thing. Could almost hear the conversation. City noise is always an issue but thats not the hotels fault. A garbage truck doing something woke me up at 4:30am. Loud banging and glass breaking for about an hour. Wasnt sure what it was. Other than that, the place was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Riom was a good temperature. The staff is super friendly. Ill continue to use this hotel."
