"The actual hotel didn't match the photos, it was an outdated, dusty and old hotel.
The room were newly renovated, however they were not fully ready and they were smelling as fresh paint.
There was no restaurant by the lake, as in the photos. Also, there is no access to the lake.
The food wasn't great.
In the morning, there was no running water in the entire hotel."

"ACHTUNG ABZOCKE!!!
Haben gebucht, aber vor Ort war niemand. Wir konnte nicht in die Anlage und mussten eine neue Unterkunft mit Zusatzkosten suche. Von Expedia kam auch keine Hilfe. War über eine Stunde in der Warteschleife. Bis heute keine Antwort von Expedia. Keine Kommunikation mit Anbieter. Dreiste Abzocke vom Wohnungsanbieter und Expedia!! Nie wieder mit Expedia."
