"If a personalised luxury experience is what you are after, then The Oberoi Marrakech is the place for you. Nothing is too much of an ask, the exceptional staff will go out their way to make the stay comfortable for you. Along with the outstanding service the property is out of this world as well as the facilities, we moved to another property after but missed the oberoi immensely. I would come back here in a heartbeat."

The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time. You have a fantastic team, and these individuals are a true credit to your hotel. I highly recommend recognizing both Abdelilah and Abdel for their outstanding contributions to the guest experience. "It’s a beautiful place, the resort is modern with old traditional touches. The staff was gracious and hard working and made sure we had everything we needed. They provide free shuttles into the city centre every day. The only downside is that the dinner choices are very limited and twice the price of most places in town."

"Beautiful and clean. Pool is an absolute oasis during the heat of the day. Daily breakfast was delicious with so many options—eggs, Moroccan pancakes, cake, bread, soup, beans, fresh juice and coffee. A/C in both rooms was surprisingly efficient for 107 degree heat in August. Also—the concierge will meet any request you have—they helped arrange train station shuttle, taxis, and translated with shop across the street for quick and inexpensive laundry service. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The hotel is in the middle of the city Medina and close to tourist attractions. The swimming pool was perfect, not so deep and not so big and good for relaxing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and very polite. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."
