"We had the most wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Marrakech for our babymoon. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as special and comfortable as possible. The breakfast team deserve a particular mention — they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive every morning, and made us feel so well looked after. The whole team took such care with the little details, from daily gifts and thoughtful surprises to providing pregnancy pillows and making sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. It was this level of genuine care and attention that made our babymoon so memorable. We felt incredibly looked after from start to finish and are very grateful to the entire team for making such a special trip even more special. We would absolutely love to return."

"We had a lovely stay at Riad El Perroquet Bleu! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. They helped us order food to our room, communicated with drivers when needed, and helped us with directions and getting around. The riad itself was beautiful and clean, and we really loved that our floor had its own outdoor sitting area. We ended up having most of our meals there, which made the stay feel really relaxing and homey. The location was also convenient and felt safe. It’s in a residential area, which we actually enjoyed as it felt a little more peaceful away from the busier tourist areas. One small thing to note is that you have to leave your room key with the staff whenever you leave the riad. It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but it’s good to know beforehand. The rooms can also be slightly noisy because the walls are quite thin, but I think that’s part of the experience of staying in a traditional riad. We also had to leave early one morning, and even though we told them it was completely fine and we could manage without breakfast, they kindly packed us breakfast to take with us anyway. Such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated how welcoming and helpful the staff were. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a beautiful, clean and comfortable riad with genuinely kind service."

"Hotel property itself is amazing. Room is clean and big enough. However I was annoyed I had to ask for water and was given tiny bottles and I had to pay for water for room. You get free water even in budget hotels in uk and Europe. WiFi in my room didn’t work. Breakfast is good. Apart from receptionist , Rest can do with some hospitality training, I mange a hospitality venue. Manager here needs to train the servers / waiters to do check backs offer more drinks. Problem here is whenever we are chilling by the pool and when we finish with our drinks we have to find servers for another drink. Also perhaps mix staff per shift with some English speaking team. Some people really struggled to communicate in English. But what I concluded about this business is they are not concern about hotel guests. Hotel is just part of The club, People come to do clubbing and book room after. So we’re just someone to fill the room. I would mention couple of receptionist were extremely helpful. If I can spell her name correctly “Shyma” she is amazing. IF YOU ARE IN MARRAKECH FOR PARTY THEN STAY in this hotel. Not for someone who wants a chill time. I would say perfect hotel for youngsters."

Those little details made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The spa was also amazing and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. And because we were celebrating my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made my birthday celebration in Morocco even more memorable. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received.
