"Arrived before 11am and check in isn’t till 3pm but they had a room ready for us. The front desk receptionists were so helpful with understanding the bus and train routes and the bonus is the hotel is directly across the street from the train station. The breakfast is an amazing deal, definitely don’t miss out. The airport transfer was quick (5-10min) and easy. Excellent hotel amenities except that you have to buy water for the room which is €9 -1 large bottle. Every other hotel we started at gave it gratis to stay hydrated. "

"I stayed at Thon for the first time after staying at a number of different hotels near Brussels Airport. I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. If you are looking for an airport shuttle then this hotel doesn’t provide that (as far as I’m aware). There is public transport The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was really comfy and there was a new smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. In my experience these things are not as standard in most hotels near the airport. I would definitely stay again"

"The staff at reception were warm and friendly. Our room was spotless. It was the perfect spot to stay over prior to an early morning flight the next day. We took the train from Brussels Midi Station and were able to walk to the hotel from the station. There were several choices for dinner nearby including the hotel restaurant. We opted for sushi just a few doors away. It was terrific. We caught the local bus to the airport early in the morning. Tapped our credit cards and arrived within 15 minutes. Great experience all round! "
