"Lovely house. Beautiful view. Fabulous stay. We were 8 college dorm mates, graduated in 1976. Since we are all around 70 the bunk bed was not a good choice for us. Better suited to 4 adults & 4 children. Customer service was great and timely. Earlier and more information on the water would have been helpful. Some don't like the taste of the water. Overall we had a really wonderful stay."

"This is a lovely hotel settled conveniently across from the Cumbres and Toltec railroad station. It’s brand new, but renovated with much of the 1905-1920s features from the old building. Comfortable beds, and lovely updated bathrooms (with soft towels!) Beautiful! We were lucky to experience their restaurant’s soft opening! Yummy food featuring southwest flavor. The bar is gorgeous and stocked. We took a beautiful walk around the sweet little town of Chama afterward. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed the house. It worked well for the 5 adults and 2 kids. We played cards on the big table each night. It was close to the train station. Access and Wi-Fi worked fine. "

"Fantastic! No hassle occupancy, downtown location, directly across from Chama railyards for that authentic whistle-stop experience! We walked the friendly village, ate the absolute best tacos in New Mexico at "My Mom and Dad's Restaurant" then slept in the dreamy silence of starry night skies. The Caboose was everything and MORE! What a COOL experience to stay in a beautiful train car! Everything was First Class for comfort and convenience! But beware: the neighborhood Chihuahua is a total Alley Bully! Wonderful experience! Kudos to our hosts for a great stay!! "
