"A/C Not functioning. Paint in room was horrible and the room smelled weird. "

"The toilet, sink, tub, and bed sheets did seem clean, but the floors were heavily stained and dirty. Items were not properly maintenanced, or fixed correctly, or even completed (dry wall putty over holes in wall, but not smoothed and painted; tub faucet not properly mounted, toilet paper holder broken, cigarette burns on furniture, even though it was a non smoking room.) However, room was roomy, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and tub was thabkfully very clean seemingly. Neighborhood was pretty noisy."

"Room pristine. Off the main road, so nice and quiet. Easy parking. Very reasonable cost. Tons of shops and restaurants within 5 minute driving distance."

"We had a great time! House size was perfect for the amount of people we had along on our vacation! Was a prime location for us to visit the stockyards, Fort Worth zoo & even not a long drive to Waco! Kids really enjoyed the pool & arcade game. Host was very responsive and helpful! Have already sent info for this house to friends for their future stays! "

"I was tricked in had a fast one pulled on me by the front desk I was wanting to check in but since I did not have the deposit that was unheard of of $50 they were not going to check in but when they found out that someone I was with at $50 they let that person check in on my account behind my back. "
