"Starting off with a substantial breakfast to get going in the morning, and a soak in the hot springs after a long day of activities made each day perfect. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with Roy. Thank you for being a great end to our Costa Rica adventure!"

"Really large rooms with jacuzzi inside. Complimentary entrance and shuttle to Kitoku hot springs was a great bonus. Breakfast was fine - I’ve had greater variety and quality at other stays on this trip but it was good with standard Costa Rican and US options. Two things I felt could have been better a) in the hotel information and at breakfast there were lots of warnings of charges should patrons break the rules which I understand but felt a little unwelcoming, b) I was asked which restaurant I would like to eat at when I arrived and picked the informal option, and on arriving there was told I couldn’t eat from their menu as all their dishes were for a minimum of two people which was very unwelcoming for solo travellers. Whilst the staff tried to solve the issue and said I could order from their à la carte restaurant and have it brought down I needed to see the menu so changed restaurant. I don’t blame the staff for this, I’ve just never been to a restaurant where it’s entire premise is you have to be in a group 2+ and found the experience alienating."

"You could stay here and experience so much the area has to offer! Zip lining is a bit pricey compared to other options in the area, but their breathtaking mountain views and incredible breakfast are worth it. The entire property is immaculately organized and clean, and I would definitely book again. The hot springs were fantastic, but I believe there might be better ones further down the road. Overall, I would give this place a solid 10 out of 10."
