Only one room (and that quite small) and the main picture on the web offer was of a different property. No cooking facilities whatsoever. No fridge. No heating whatsoever. (and it was freezing!). "Our stay at Banana Garden was nothing less than perfect!! The hotel is super cute, the facilities are very clean, the location is super, and the staff is friendly, welcoming and kind. Not to mention the delicious breakfast that is served and how convenient it is to be in the center of the city. If you are looking for a place to stay in La Palma, this is no doubt the best spot. Would love to be back in the future!"

"The apartments are very clean. Hotel restaurants are very nice. The bathroom need a little maintenance and modernization. There was a storm brewing and the hotel just left a flyer stating stay indoors a little more information would have been beneficial. "

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Modern, clean comfortable room with fantastic views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good generally but grilled meats were chewy. Ample parking at the hotel but for a fee (10 euros/day). However, parking can be found along the road approaching the hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was quiet with few dining options."

"The gardens in which the hotel is built are beyond comparison, a real oasis. The pool is very attractive, with plenty of sunbed area around it. The beach, the local restaurants, the little shops and the bus stop are all very close, and there is a good walking route to the town of Santa Cruz avoiding the main road (50 mins)."
