"The condo was in a great location. If it hadn't been 100 degrees we would have walked everywhere. As it was, driving to park a little closer to the shops was not a problem. We did walk to dinner and lunch though and loved it. There was a car show there this week and it was busy, I was amazed at how quiet it was inside the condo. Loved both decks!!!"

"We are delighted with our stay at the Havens at Hazel. We were in the Downtown Loft. The facilities were excellent. We appreciate the full refrigerator and freeze. The shower is amazing. The hosts are great folks. They gave us extra assistance that we needed. We will certainly be staying there again as we have family in the area. "

"The property manager was clear and concise about instructions on navigation, room number, passkey for getting into our room, and more. the room was kept up in great condition and was very clean. While it is small, it is very nice and cozy and is the perfect stay for anyone wanting to stay in Helen, GA. Will definitely be returning in the future if the good Lord permits."

"The property was very nice and very clean, but I would have definitely chosen another area to rent if I had known that they had no sense of customer service. My boyfriend works on a substation in the area, working for the city, so I was meeting him up there for the weekend since he was working overtime. There was NO indication on the post that only one parking spot was available and that all other cars would be towed, which was extremely inconvenient for him since he needed to have his own car...
