Casa Da Guido-Letizia - Your panoramic retreat on Lake Garda

Welcome to Casa Da Guido-Letizia, a splendid holiday home located in a dominant position on the edge of the woods, above Olzano and a few minutes' drive from the center of Tignale, Gardola. Here you can enjoy a holiday of relaxation and beauty, with a sensational lake view that will leave you speechless.

The house, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is tastefully furnished and offers large, bright spaces. Located on the first floor of a house with two apartments, it features a bright living room equipped with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Every morning, wake up to a panoramic view of the lake and sunlight illuminating the surrounding mountains - it's the perfect way to start your Lake Garda adventure. You can also relax on the large furnished terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, or on the private balcony, where you can spend pleasant days in the open air, immersed in the wonderful lake view. The garden surrounding the house is not fenced and offers you direct contact with nature.

Casa Da Guido-Letizia is the ideal starting point for excursions and bike rides in the mountains. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes away by car and you can reach the town centre, with its services, in about 20 minutes on foot, here you will find a supermarket, bakeries, pastry shops and excellent restaurants and pizzerias, perfect for savoring the local cuisine .

To reach the house you have to go down a very steep road, but the excellent location of the apartment repays every effort.

With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated.

To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Sehr gute Lage mit super Sicht auf den Gardassee. Ausstattung ist gut. Das vierte Mal in Folge gerne gebucht. Bei dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis wäre eine Spülmaschine angebracht.

Tolles Haus, Ruhe und abends laues Lüftchen, so dass man auch nachts gut schlafen kann. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Das erste Anfahren zum Haus war etwas "heiß", wobei wir uns (entgegen der Empfehlung) an unser Navi gehalten haben, was uns ins sehr enge Gässchen gelotst hat (nicht die Via San Lorenzo fahren - da wird es sehr eng, besser die Via Don Bosco) - aber das wurde uns auch entsprechend mitgeteilt, also unsere Schuld. Insgesamt sollte man aber einigermaßen sein Auto beherrschen können, da es immer wieder mal eng und steil wird. Wir würden zu 100 % das Haus wieder buchen. Die Gegend um Tignale ist - zumindest für uns - optimal gewesen. Wir hatten Ruhe in unserem Haus, mussten ca. 15-20 min kurvenreiche Straßen fahren, um auf die Hauptstaße am See zu kommen- Limone ca. 30 min Fahrt. Wandern kann man mit super Ausblick direkt vom Haus aus, Essen gehen im Ort auf ebenso toller Terrasse bei La Rotunda (sehr sehr nette und flinke Bedienungen, gutes Essen) Möglichkeit für einen Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse, Tablett für Küche zum Geschirr heraustragen.

Die Aussicht durch die Panoramafenster war unvergleichlich. Wir waren 3 Personen die kein Fernsehen schauen. Uns fehlte ein bequemer Sessel um uns vom Sofa gegenüber sitzen zu können. Eine Art Kanne für Tee wäre schön.

Das Haus ist einfach nur schön. Der Ausblick kann nicht getoppt werden. Die Einrichtung ist schön und geschmackvoll. Man kann sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlen. Der terassenformig angelegte Garten ist sehr romantisch und äußerst gepflegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Dusche ist nicht wirklich intakt und paßt nicht zu dem Rest des Hauses. Wir hatten gleich am ersten Tag eine "kleine Überschwemmung" und mussten Nachts das Bad feudeln. Die Argentur hat sich zwar gleich gekümmert allerdings wurde uns , nachdem ein Techniker etwas versiegelt hatte, einen Tag das duschen untersagt. Das hat uns etwas eingeschränkt, und wir hätten uns gewünscht, daß man uns in irgendeiner Form entgegengekommen wäre. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Außerdem könnte das Küchenequigment etwas erweitert werden. Besonders wenn mann mit 4 Personen im Haus wohnt, ist es eher etwas eng bemessen. Ein Geschirrhandtuch und drei Tabs, für eine Woche Aufenthalt etwas wenig. Wir haben auch einen Sonnenschirm vemisst. Aber wenn diese Kleinigkeiten aufgestockt werden würden, wäre alles perfekt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Berglage oberhalb des Ortszentrums Gardola von Tignale. Anfahrt ist eher mühsam und nichts für Fahranfänger! Die Aussicht allerdings ist gigantisch: hoch über dem See mit tollem Blick, riesiges Panoramafenster/Glastür mit Zugang zum ausreichend großen Balkon! Wenn man Ruhe sucht, Freude an schöner Aussicht hat - perfekt! Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig: viel zu wenig Geschirr (Teller, Becher) und besonders Besteck (4Gabeln!), so dass man bei einer Viererbelegung im Grunde nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen bzw. die Spülmaschine laufen lassen muss. Diverses fehlte, z.B. ein Korkenzieher, Flaschenöffner, Kartoffelschäler sowie scharfe Messer. Auch die Zuteilung von genau abgezählten Geschirrspültabs bei 2wöchigem Aufenthalt, kein Vorhandensein von Handseife oder Waschmittel, nur 1 Geschirrhandtuch und 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier haben wir bei einer Wohnung in diesem doch eher höherpreisigen Preissegment bisher noch nicht erlebt. Toll wäre es zudem gewesen, wenn sich im ausliegenden Info-Ordner nicht nur Werbeflyer befunden hätten, sondern nützliche Tipps zum Einkaufen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Essen gehen vor Ort), Bademöglichkeiten (am See, Schwimmbad), Ausflugstipps, Wanderwege, Schiffstouren... Es handelt sich um ein absolut sauberes, modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Traumhaus mit einem Ausblick, der einem den Atem stocken lässt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es gibt viele Wanderwege direkt ab dem Haus. Auch nach Gardola gelangt man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Für den steilen Rückweg muss man etwas Kraft einplanen Es gibt nichts, das wirklich verbessert werden müsste. Für mich persönlich wäre es schön gewesen, wäre das Licht am Badspiegel etwas heller, aber auch das ist kein Muss und wirklich jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Diese Wohnung/ dieses Haus ist ein Ort der Ruhe. Aufgrund der Lage in den Bergen oberhalb von Gardola hat man kein Durchgangsverkehr. Der Ausblick ist Traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder :)))

Die Bilder im Internet haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner. Der Blick auf die Berge und den Gardasee hat uns zu jeder Tageszeit fasziniert. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den Begrüßungswein! Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. :-) Die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart, aber mit den vorhandenen Decken konnten wir das Bett gut aufpolstern. -) Eine Kuscheldecke für kalte Abende wäre schön gewesen.
