"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Gardaland Resort, which was perfect for our plans. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a completely positive experience and would happily stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...

"Highly recommend - this was our favorite hotel we’ve ever been to, and the perfect end to our honeymoon. The villa is in the Italian countryside surrounded by their property vineyards and vegetable gardens. The staff are all wonderful, and the restaurants are both phenomenal - they serve a mix of local dishes and non-local, with lots of wine options including wines from the property which are all amazing. "Excellent stay as a couple. Easy access to beautiful parts of lake Garda. Room was clean and breakfast was great. We used the spa facilities also which was a great relief after a few days of walking nearby towns."
