For rent magnificent 5-star apartment 8 people 70m2 in TIGNES Val Claret (2150m), ski-in ski-out and right in the center of the resort.

Speakers and SONOS music system with Spotify premium in every room including the two bathrooms. 3 iPad with free wifi.

Master bedroom with shower room, UHD TV and apple TV, balcony with lounge chairs and teak table. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, UHD TV, balcony with lounge chairs and teak table. Bunk beds in closed corridor and sheltered from all noise by a sliding door in solid wood, and sofa bed in the living room with real sleeping 2p 160x200cm. 3 balconies, 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, safe, Nespresso, iron and ironing board, cot and baby high chair, dressing room and plenty of storage. All necessary such as a raclette half wheel, fondue pot, etc.

Completely renovated in 2016, this apartment has been designed and built with the aim of making you feel at home, from the first moment. You will find candles next to the bathtub for baths in music and soft light, a Nespresso machine and its capsules for morning coffee, high-end furniture (Ethnicraft in solid oak), Sylvie Thyriez "mountain" dishes quality, a large format UHD flat screen TV in each room. All the details have been thought out to allow you to spend an unforgettable vacation!

Our goal is really to have happy tenants, some of whom will come back year after year!

This is a high-end service including booking your 7-day parking space for your car, so you will be sure to have your parking space when you arrive, the best parking lots being full during peak periods season. We will also give you a complete document produced by us with our selection - illustrated with photos - of the best places to have a drink or to eat on a terrace on a beautiful sunny day, or the warmest restaurants to go to dinner on evening with friends or family. We also provide the contact details of an adorable babysitter, ESF teachers, a super nice mountain guide for fabulous off-piste hikes ... We also offer (with supplement) a bed service made on arrival, with sheets and duvet covers "mountain spirit", including 2 hand towels per person, 2 tea towels, 2 bath mats, and 2 small hand towels.

Jolie vue sur les pistes et la station, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût, emplacement idéal pour profiter de Val-Claret. Well located, well furnished, clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is located in a very central location. Within 100m, you will find lots of good restaurants, a supermarket, cheese shop, bakery, bars and sport shops. The nearest ski lift, Tufs (about 70m) away, will connect you to many parts of the mountain. The funicular to Grande Motte is about 300m away, skiable most of the way.Prior to my arrival, host Xavier, communicated with me regarding check in procedures. He provided a comprehensive brouchure recommending restaurants, bars and even where to park. Xavier also checked in during my stay to make sure everything is ok with the apartment.The apartment was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped that you can easily cook a meal for the family. There were many pots and pans of various sizes provided to make cooking easy. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, so the views are awesome. So if you are feeling lazy for the day, it is a wonderful way to just chill in the apartment and enjoy music through the superb sound system throughout the apartment. Spotify was provided. Do note that while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 WC. So good co-operation needed. I highly recommend this apartment. It will be top of my list when I return to Val Claret.

This apartment has it all…. Great location, great specification and a great host. My first time in Val Claret, but absolutely won’t by my last. Family of 6 with children ranging from 6-14 and it worked a dream. Thank you Xavier.

More of 3* and 1 toilet

Communication with owner is easy and he's very responsive. Unfortunately I did not read too much into this accommodation as it was advertise as 5*. No way. Is located in an odd hidden building, lift is slow and feels like you're in a run down old place once you reach level 7. Upon entering the place, musty smell greeted us and the layout of the place is weird. The Master bedroom has a tiny bathroom but there is only 1 small toilet located nearer to another room. The Master bathroom you can't use it to shower, as water will splash out. While the other bathroom, you've to climb into the bathtub which is very slippery. Washing machine is located inside the Master bedroom and you can't shut the door once it starts as the washing machine is width is too wide for the door. The washing machine dryer is non-existent, can forget about it. Luckily things dry fast here. As we came during summer where NOTHING is open, literally nothing. There're two supermarket which is ~ 2km away. Highlight of the place is it is very easy to get to all the hiking trails and practice your bike skills for competition event. Also owner is very kind to give me passes to access the gym, swimming pool and spa of a very nice sports center which is opposite the supermarket, though ~ 2km walk but a lovely walk with great scenery. We paid ~ USD 2.7K for 8 night stay and decided to check out after 5 nights as husband can't practice his bike properly without the chair lift operating.

The apartment was super convenient, extremely nice, and Xavier was an incredible host. Very proactive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed at several apartments on a multi-week trip and Xavier and his apartment were by far the best.

Beautiful modern apartment in Val Claret

Myself & family have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful modern, well equipped apartment in the centre of Val Claret. Xavier the owner sent a brochure of the area before we arrived which was very useful, he was so communicative & informative before & during our stay! Would recommend this 5* apartment & we will definitely stay here again when we return to Tignes.

The flat is perfect for a ski holiday in Tignes Val Claret. it's got a great location for ski in/out and proximity to shops and restaurants. It's been very nicely decorated, there is everything you need to cook a nice dinner, including raclette and fondue sets. I like the speakers in all the rooms. It's got great balconies with beautiful views on the mountains and all the action happening in the resort.

Great family holiday in Val Claret

Great experience and great apartment. Xavier was exceptionally communicative, both before and during the stay. The apartment was extremely well-appointed and was a good layout for a family or small group. You have a view of and easy access to the lifts, restaurants and grocery next to the building. There are lengthy positive reviews and descriptions already on this property which I unreservedly echo so I will keep this short. The property is excellent in all respects and the service and communication from Xavier was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location snd apartment, very modern and has everything you need for a fantastic week skiing.

Very easy snd helpful host. Any issues are resolved straight away. We had a issue with a light and it was fixed that day. Apartment is amazing with three balconies and two bedrooms. Will be booking again.

Magnifique séjour

Tout a été parfait. Un hôte très impliqué et à l’écoute de ses « invités ». Appartement génial pour son emplacement, son confort et sa jolie déco. De plus le soleil était au rendez-vous, bref une semaine de rêve ! À recommander !

Propriétaire et appartement parfait

Une fois n'est pas coutume, je vais démarrer mon appréciation par le propriétaire. En effet, Xavier est très investi auprès de ses vacanciers. Des marques d'attention régulières, des infos sur les activités de Tignes. Je lui mettrais 5 étoiles si cela était possible. Son investissement se traduit aussi par la qualité de son appartement. On s'y sent chez soi. Notre famille aime la musique et ce n'est pas un hasard si nous avons choisi celui de Xavier. L'équipe Sonos nous a permis de séjourner en musique au gré de nos humeurs. Mais il ne faudrait pas résumer cet appartement à cet unique équipement. Xavier a investi beaucoup dans l'équipement global et haut de gamme de l'appartement (double réfrigérateurs, combo machine à laver/sèche linge, cafetière, vaisselle, etc.). L'appartement est idéalement situé pour les randonnées, les restaurants. J'imagine que l'hiver, ce doit être "the place to be".

Un appartement incroyable dans un endroit magnifique

Appartement tout simplement parfait . Deco contemporaine et équipements 5 étoiles. Une vue à couper le souffle et au cœur de la station, tout est au pied de l’immeuble. A louer les yeux fermés !!
