On the 3rd floor with elevators of Le Palafour residence, in the heart of Tignes Le Lac. Apartment of nearly 50m ² being able to accomodate up to 8 people! Comfortable apartment, bright, fully equipped, balcony, with views of Lake Tignes.

At the foot of the residence: departure of ski slopes, ski schools, bakery, restaurants, ski rental shops, shops, supermarkets, free shuttles, The Lagoon (swimming pool with slide, paddling pool for children and large pool, spa, fitness room ...), Tignespace sports: climbing, team sports, gym, trampoline ...), Tignes House (tourist office) and STGM counters to buy / collect your ski passes.

Central apartment close to all amenities for children and adults, skiers and non-skiers!

Underground car park of the station near the residence, it's located under the snowfront and call LAC3 !
Do not forget to book your car place for your winter stays on www.tignes. net (and choose LAC3).

Free parking in the summer, no reservation needed.

Stop free shuttles from the station near the apartment (Tignespace or House of Tignes LAC).

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay at the location. It was literally ski in and ski out in early April. The bakery and supermarket are just down the basement of the building, and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Cecile was very helpful and sorted the blocked shower straight away. Living area was perfect, but the two cabin rooms were a bit small and airless for adults and got very hot at night. The master bedroom was fine. My daughter is 5ft 7 and her feet were on the wall at the end of the bed when sleeping. We had a lovely stay here and the ski area was incredible.

Great apartment in a great location

Great apartment in a great location with all the equipment and facilities you could need. Only slight issue we had was with the drainage of the showers. We had to unblock the drains which were full of hair to stop the showers overflowing.Would stay again.

The apartment is in a great location close to the Palafour chair lift and the Toviere bubble. There is a bakery and supermarket at the bottom of the complex and it’s a short walk to the Lac 3 parking.The apartment was clean, well furnished and spacious for my wife, brother and I. You could easily have had four Adults in the apartment and two younger children.

Nous sommes arrivés en avance mais par chance l 'appartement était disponible et propre(soit disant). Première surprise une partie de la baie vitrée était cassée et réparer avec du Scotch noir et il faut 2 personnes pour ouvrir ou fermer cette baie dommange car on n'a pas pu profiter de la terrasse mais vu le dépotoir à l'étage inférieur (table et banc en bois cassé ,ancien sapin de Noël, bouteilles plastiques et une monticule de dechets de toute sorte) L'appartement est très bien équipé au niveau électroménager.

Cannot fault the location of this apartment

Fantastic apartment which is right on the slopes and ski lifts, views are amazing, especially when waking up on the main bedroom. A little tight as an apartment but manageable. Had a few issues though, showers flooded the apartment but the owner did come and resolve the issue as soon as he could. The one main bug bare is having no towels or bedding. I think you need to be very aware of this when booking as I wasn't. You can live without bedding, not ideal, but some towels should be available as the minimum. To the agencies credit, they did supply me with towels in the end free of charge which we were thankful for. So overall, a fantastic apartment on a truly beautiful ski resort.

December Ski holiday

The apartment was ideally located for our family ski holiday, clean and well equipped. Whilst the building is dated, the apartment is lovely. Nelly was very responsive when we had queries. From booking to check in, everything went smoothly. We would definitely book with Nelly again for another ski holiday in Tignes.

Vacances très appréciées

Très bel emplacement et très belle vue. Tout est sur place : la location du matériel , le placard à skis , les commerces , la piscine , la balade sur le lac …et l’accès aux pistes . Très plaisant à 4 personnes - si + petite réserve car 1 seul WC dans une des salles d’eau et 1 seul canapé dans le salon

Just returned from a very nice stay at this apartment in the centre of tignes le lac. Location was perfect and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The lounge area is quite small (as is clear from the photos) and with 8 people it would be quite cosy overall - especially with just one toilet- but it was fine for a family of 5. The owner responded very quickly to questions we had before we travelled and the check in/out was very efficient

Agréable séjour à Tignes

Appartement idéalement situé, au pied des pistes. Pour les raquettes c’était idéal aussi (randonnées prises avec Évolution 2). Très belle vue de l’appartement. Le logement était bien pour 7, mais un autre WC n’aurait pas été de trop. Un très bon séjour.

Top séjour

Préparation du séjour et communication avec le propriétaire ont été très simples et faciles. Cocoon conciergerie nous a très bien accueillis le jour de la remise des clés. Pas de mauvaises surprises, les photos et le descriptif sont conformes. Il manque malgré tout un toilette à l'extérieur d'une des salles de bain. Je recommande cet appartement qui est proche de toutes les infrastructures tignardes avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et la montagne. A réserver sans hésiter !

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à 6 (4 enfants de 9 à 18 ans). L’appartement est très bien placé et la vue est magique. Il est très bien équipé et entretenu. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et plein d’attention, nous recommandons cette location pour une famille de 6.

Perfect location for a family skiing vacation

Everything that was needed for a perfect holiday. Well laid out kitchen dining area ( washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and full size oven. There are superb views of the mountains. Towels and fresh bed linen provided .You can opt for a cleaning service of the apartment or do this yourselves ( vacuum cleaner is provided ) Ski gear storage locker and boot warmer . Literally opposite the Palafour chairlifts or ski in the opposite direction down to the cable car station to go the top of the Tovière. Good selection of local restaurants, and local food stores and bakeries. Several ski rental stores one actually in the same building. 5 minutes walk to and from the airport transfer drop off/pickup point . So all in all cannot fault it.

Emplacement idéal, cours esf en bas de l’immeuble ainsi que tous les commerces et restaurants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 5 dans cet appartement, cependant des travaux d’entretien seraient à réaliser.

EMPLACEMENT IDEAL DANS LA STATION

Au pied de l'ESF, idéal le matin pour emmener les enfants. Appartement bien conçu avec optimisation d'espace. Il est très bien pensé pour un séjour au ski. L'électroménager est de très bonne qualité. La literie également. Petit bémol pour nous sur les oreillers mais c'est une question d'appréciation personnelle, tout comme l'absence de volets aux fenêtres (rideaux pas assez occultant à mon goût dans la chambre parentale). Impossibilité de régler les radiateurs, il a fait très chaud la nuit. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants, avec 2 salles d'eau mais un seul toilette ce fut parfois compliqué à gérer, d'autant que l'appartement est prévu pour 8 couchages. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour :)

Très bien situé

Loué pour l'été : Logement propre et très bien situé. Vue sur lac... Parfait pour laisser la voiture et ne plus la reprendre. Toutes les activités sont à portée de main. La carte MyTignesOpen est un réel avantage.

Bel appartement, localisation idéale

Séjour du 30/12-06/01. Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement, calme et pourtant situé au centre de tout ! Pas de chance avec la météo et Eléanor qui nous a empêché de skier autant que souhaité, mais le confort de l’appartement (wifi, tv, wii) nous a permis de passer plus facilement les 2 jours de tempêtes. Accueil sympathique de Cécile, très flexible. Nous reviendrons !

l'appartement est très bien décoré, vraiment fonctionnel, tout équipé et surtout très bien placé au pied des pistes des commerces et de l esf un petit problème de fenêtres qui va bien être résolu, et il manque juste des rideaux un peu plus occultants (un détail) propriétaires très réactifs et arrangeant

Proche du sans fautes !

Très bon emplacement et très bon équipement. L' appartement est très agréable car tout est quasiment neuf avec plein d'astuces pour optimiser le rangement. On reviendra bien volontiers.
