Contemporary Chalet style at 200 m from the slopes of the vast Espace Killy ski area. At the heart of the famous "olimpiyskiy" on the edge of the golf and the waterbody. Residential quiet. Nice South expo. Small landscaped. All services & shops on-site. Beautiful views of mountain. 200m from the slopes of the vast Espace Killy ski area and its 300km of slopes. In the heart of the famous "Olympic" resort of Tignes on the edge of the golf course and the lake (nautical base 100m away). Ideally located on the GR5 in the heart of the Vanoise National Park. Possibility of hiking and cycling on the massif between France and Italy. Many sporting and recreational activities on site in all seasons. All amenities and services on site. The privilege of holidays possible without a car! Paradise for children! Possibility to rent all or part of the 6 gites of the chalet for a possible total capacity of 18 people. Ideal for a "snow and great skiing", "sports", "nature and healing" stay, as a couple, as a family or "tribe"!
