We had never been to Italy, but they made us feel right at home and even helped us find the better restaurants in the area. "Great place to stay, not much for dining on a Monday - but their recomeneded Restarant was fantastic and walking distance of 10 minutes or so. No breakfast booked but the team there we very helpful indeed. Clean rooms with all the facilities you would need."
