"The location and view from the property was gorgeous. The communication with the host was non existent. We arrived at the property around 6:30pm. 2.5 hours after check in was available and we had not received any check in instruction with how to retrieve keys or any information. WiFi was not available as stated in the description. When I informed them about the WiFi they told me to reset the modem in the kitchen. I searched to whole place and never found a modem. "The condo worked great for our needs; there were 4 of us, including 2 adults in their late 80’s. The rooms and bathrooms and full kitchen and living room were nice and the elevator made it nice.My only issue was communicating with the host. I requested a few times that he communicate with my boyfriend as he will be taking over as far as the reservation, location and such. He is Mexican and speaks Spanish; we are in Tijuana! Since he would be driving and the one to make all arrangements past...
