Things to Know
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35 for each pet, per reservation, and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. Vacasa cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is no weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

perfect beach stay

Great stay for family with dogs

We enjoyed our stay at casa 18. We had all the comforts of home and parking right outside our house. The staff was welcoming and friendly and treated us as well as our doggy with hospitality. The view out the living room and master bedroom was amazing, we even got to see dolphins. The pool area is big and has plenty of sitting areas. The location is near playas de rosarito.

The property is well located, newer, pool area was nice, but unfortunately interior had a very strong bad smell that wouldn’t go away not even with all doors and windows open, it doesn’t have air conditioner, just some ceiling fans, there were roaches and ants infestation throughout the house, it needs to be fumigated, no toiletries (not even soap to shower), not enough towels for guests and the ones available didn’t look or smelled clean, (we requested assistance with those items, but nothing was done), not even a bottle of water available. Maybe the host doesn’t have the experience on this type of vacation rentals.

What I liked was that the ocean was really right outside my room! What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t an actual AC there were fans, which they did help, but an AC would’ve been awesome! I wasn’t very much inside either way, but when I would walk in from being out it was a little humid. But I would just open the large windows and no problem after that!

House itself was nice and clean, easy access to check in ,check out time to early, there was a Ant problem in the house and caterpillars around the pool area that kept us from enjoying the pool since my mom is terrified of then , and 2 of them were dead in the pool aswell ,other then that everything would've been nice
