The staff was very kind and professional, and the entire property and suite was very clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t take advantage of hardly any of the amenities, but most importantly, we slept well in a clean, very comfortable bed. They were also very cooperative with allowing us to leave our vehicle parked there all day after we checked out so we could enjoy our day Ubering around all over town and to Puerto Nuevo for lunch and shopping in Mercado Hidalgo. It was a great weekend trip.

There is parking onsite which is free and security is making their rounds to make sure cars are safe. The staff was kind and accommodating when my brother was trying to get into the building. The room was clean and ready to go. I will definitely be returning with more family.

We had a wonderful stay at ULIV RIO. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We especially appreciated how walkable the area was to nearby spots. The only thing to note is that the two-bedroom units don’t have doors between rooms, which can mean less privacy. Otherwise, a great experience overall!

I love staying here this past weekend. The front desk and security guard were very sweet and knowledgeable. The room was clean and very spacious. The movie theater and pool table was a plus with my kiddos. Definitely will stay here again!

Love this place is a great value. Every room is like a one bedroom apartment has his own dining table kitchen stove and living room . Love it great value friendly customer service secure parking, the border and good restaurants near by. Strongly recommend it.

I was very impressed by how spacious and clean this tiny apartment was. Parking was included which was a big plus. You’re in walking distance to everything in El Centro. Overall I loved this place and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very nice and i felt very safe. You can only get into the building with a key. The only negative is the bar next door. If you’re a light sleeper you might not be able to get any sleep from the music.
