The reason we booked here was because our small children love to swim. The pool was closed during our visit. They do not accept USD unless daytime manager is present, very inconvenient if checking in late. Overall the place is average with outdated architecture. For a few more dollars I willgo elsewhere next time.

I reserved the hotel. When I got my room it had to AC other rooms had ac. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The bathroom had 1 towell with holes in it for a double ocupancy room. The noise at night was constant till 2:30 am. could not sleep.I had a reservation for 5 days. I only stayed 1 night and found a better hotel in plaza rio. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Myself, my mother and father are all handicap and property does NOT have elevators that took us straight to our floor. We had to exit then go up some stairs.. then we had all sorts of bugs coming out of the sink! And last, shower head made loud and disturbing noise and shook loudly whole we shower. Definitely NEVER stay there again!!

Not so good. Hotel is deteriorated. No ventilation. Upgrades to Premier room next to dance hall. Loud music up to 2am. Hotel smelled very strong to Fabuloso. No phones. Restaurant opened till 12:00pm bar does not serve coffee. For sure will never book again at this hotel.

Our room was nothing like the property described. Nothing like the photos. The room had no air conditioning and only had a 1980’s rotating fan. The sheets felt dirty, the pillow looked and felt like it hadn’t been replaced in 20 years. Most of the other guests looked like cartel hitmen sitting outside their rooms on their cell phones. I don’t recommend this place at all
