"My husband and I visited Florianopolis recently. The staff at the Palm Beach Apart Hotel was terrific throughout our weeklong stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure we felt we’d chosen the right beachfront hotel. We did. The only thing the hotel lacks is a restaurant. But since it’s surrounded by several neighborhood eateries, that really didn’t affect us. We plan to return to Floripa. When we do, we’ll book again at the Palm Beach Apart."

"They do not provide any paper products even though there is an entire kitchen. The place was cute but only one chair on a huge balcony. I ordered drinks at the pool bar and they gave us the wrong ones and said too bad we cannot exchange them because it was a package, which made no sense. "The staff was very helpful and the location is ans value were wondeduk. My only comment is that the room i had booked was supposed to have one double bed and two twin beds and instead there was 2 double beds."
