"Dirty property, ignored calls, housekeeping was not done and instead was done whilst me and my other guests were at the property. Was not met by any type of host and had to wait outside for more than an hour for one of the housekeepers to come let me in. "The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit.
