The gentleman that was at the desk when I checked in, didn’t have a pleasant disposition. The following day, the young man that I encountered at the desk was very kind and polite. Unfortunately, we had a room that the door lock was a total disaster. Extremely difficult to get in and out of your room. Then finally we ended up locked in the room. I got a bunch of apologies though I had to pressure them into putting us into a new room. It was a big inconvenience. Other than that, the stay was quite nice.

"It's a clean, well-run hotel with very reasonable rates. The desk staff are nice — I requested a quiet room and they gave me the quietest one in the building. There's a pool and a gym, and you can take a lovely walk on the rail trail right next door."
