"This hotel is in an excellent position to the town. The staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for a long time. Unfortunately the hotel is is need of an update. We had the first room (51) on the ground floor. This backed onto a courtyard outside the kitchen. "Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...
