"Hallo, leider hat uns unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus nicht gefallen. Ich möchte Ihnen kurz einige Punkte mitteilen & ich hoffe sehr dass Sie diese vll. für die nächsten Besucher verbessern könnten. 1. Mangelhafte Sauberkeit ( Schimmel unter den Matratzen, Stockflecken an Decken, Spinnweben…) 2. unzureichende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 3.
