The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor."

"Set in a beautiful location approximately 3 miles outside Dunster in a valley. The cottage was an upside down property so anyone with mobility issues should have the downstairs bedroom that has an ensuite. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and the main bathroom. Here there is a door to the outside to the recycling area and a walk around the grounds. The top floor is the best part. We were here in the snow and the view from the Velux Windows was beautiful. "Very nice place to stay, Richard was very friendly and helpful, had a bleeping smoke alarm one afternoon called Richard and he came and changed the battery. Really nice pool and hot tube, well equipped games room and plenty of places for the dogs to have a run."

"Great location for exploring Exmoor and lots of glorious walks from site. Nice to have a hot tub to soak/relax in especially as no bath in property. (I’m a light sleeper anyway , but found traffic road nose overnight annoying)"
