We stay here every time we come to Timișoara. The staff is a 10. The bed was SO comfortable and we slept soundly. The breakfast was good also.

Lovely hotel in Timisoara

We have stayed here for many years in the past and always enjoy the atmosphere. We had not been there for a few years and were happy to be back. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the lovely garden with pool and small restaurant on site, the generous breakfast, and the quiet neighborhood that is still a convenient walking distance from the center of town. We noticed though signs of wear, such as stains in carpets, marks on walls, and bed linens not up to the hotel's past standards; room cleaning during our stay seemed a bit unreliable. But overall, we were happy to return to our home away from home.

It is a beautiful hotel, with classic furniture and decorations. Staff friendly (with one exception - the bold gentleman) and extremely clean. Breakfast doesn't have a large selection, but everything they have is tasty. The only drawback are the hotel rooms with windows to the street......hard to sleep when you have vehicles and street cars passing underneath your window....
