Sehr schöne kuschelige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gute Ausstattung, Küche etwas klein um für eine Familie zu kochen. Für 2 Personen genau richtig, für größere Familie eher nicht geignet.

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr Anbindung zum Bus, nah zum Einkaufen und in Strandnähe.. Sehr gut auch die Parkplätze und der Innenpool. Niendorf ist etwas für Erholung suchende .

Die Bauarbeiten an der Photovoltaikanlage wurde nur für 1 Tag mit geringen bis keinen Störungen avesiert. In Wirklichkeit wurden die Bauarbeiten an den letzten 3 Tagen unseres Urlaubes mit ohrenbetäubenden Lärm (Verbohren des Schiensystems auf dem Dach) durchgeführt. Wir haben uns in unserer Urlaubsruhe erheblich gestört gefühlt!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Niendorf ist empfehlenswert, aber was uns sehr gestört hat, daß man auf der Promenade nach Timmendorf kein Fahrrad mehr fahren darf. Man könnte doch die Promenade in zwei Teile trennen. Dann wären alle Urlauber zufrieden. LG
