This holiday home in the Niendorf district of Timmendorfer Strand, built in 2011, comfortably accommodates 4-6 people in its 110 m² of living space, furnished in a "maritime feel-good" style. Outside, the garden and spacious south-facing terrace await, complete with a beach chair, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol, perfect for both children and adults. As the house is non-smoking, the terrace could also serve as a "smoking lounge."

On the ground floor of the terraced house, you'll find the bright and welcoming living room with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal for reading and playing games. The ethanol fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere, especially during the darker months. The home entertainment system includes an LCD TV, Blu-ray player, cable TV, surround sound system, and radio. LTE internet access is provided free of charge. The open-plan kitchen with two bar stools and the dining area adjoin the living room. An induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a full range of kitchen equipment ensure that nothing is lacking. The ground floor comprises a hallway with a wardrobe, a guest toilet, and a storage room housing a washing machine. The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm - two mattresses) and a large children's room with two single beds (each 80x200 cm), a sofa, and a spacious play area with numerous toys. The roomy bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. On the second floor, there is a studio that can be used as a retreat for reading and working, as well as an additional bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80x2.00 m). The studio is also furnished with a desk and another TV.

A carport parking space is available. A seasonal beach chair is included in the price. The beach is only about 250 meters away.

The house is located directly at Niendorf harbor with excellent infrastructure. There are numerous restaurants, a kiosk, a bakery and a fish smokehouse, as well as a bicycle rental and an adventure playground in the immediate vicinity.
