Das Hotel hat im Programm Halbpension und das Essen ist dabei hervorragend, hat große Auswahl und schmeckt auch ganz gut. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, was auch ganz bequem und praktisch ist. Personal ist höflich und immer dabei den Kunde gut zu bedienen.

Direkte Strandlage, Hotelanlage ist top, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, Sauberkeit ganz groß, leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, unser Kühlschrank war defekt und im Badezimmer war ein Handtuchhalter herausgebrochen, die Schranktüren waren verschoben, alles in allem eine ältere Einrichtung, die unfassbar schöne Aussicht aus den Zimmern entschädigt diese Dinge

Vores ophold på 3 overnatninger var særdeles vellykket. Meget serviceminded og smilende personale. Omfattende og alsidig morgenbuffet. Hotellet er lidt slidt, men alt er rent. Elevatorkapaciteten i receptionen kunne være bedre + at den reagerer på alle der gerne vil med på alle etager, hvilket betyder at en simpel tur fra 6. sal til receptionen, kan tage lang tid, da den måske først skal længere og og derefter gør holdt på hver etage ned igen. Vi valgte at tage trappen - det er sundere og hurtigere. De har et program "ProTomorrow" kørende, for at begrænse resourceforbrug - håndklæder, rengøring, vand etc., men det er tankevækkende at bruserhovedet ikke er skiftet til et som ikke bruger så meget vand, at vandhanen på badeværelset ikke havde en flowbegrænser og at vores toilet i nr. 608 havde et udskyl på ca. 20 sekunder på fuld knald. Der er plads til forbedringer. Området har mange restauranter at vælge imellem herunder 2 michelin-restauranter, som dog kun er sæsonåbne.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage an der Ostsee ist einmalig und das Personal war sehr höflich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüfett war hervorragend. Leider ist die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste vielleicht z.T. renoviert und modernisiert werden.
