Great hotel

The staff was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the facilities. In the basement there is a kids room and also a bar with free dart and pool which we enjoyed very much in the evening. The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, not overwhelming offers (which is a good thing) and what was there was of great quality.

Wur hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, das Frühstück war auch toll und durch die ruhige Lage des Hotels konnte man richtig schön entspannen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Personal sehr freundlich. Suite groß, schön eingerichtet, aber etwas sehr dunkel. Leider funktionierte das WLAN die meiste Zeit nicht. Ein Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Obwohl ich den Schaden meldete wurde nichts gemacht bzw. wurde ich nicht dafür informiert was mit dem Fernseher los ist.

Das Frühstück war super. Die Auswahl war groß und es war alles frisch. Die Gegend war verkehrsgünstig, ruhig und sicher. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen, die Innenstadt in 15. Das Hotel ist im Eingangsbereich und im Essbereich sehr schön, die Zimmer sind jedoch veraltet und nur aufgehübscht worden: die Fenster sind mit so viel Farbe überpinselt, dass sie sich schlecht öffnen und schließen lassen. Die Betten waren gemütlich, die Kissen super. Nett war, dass wir einen großen Balkon hatten.

Es gab offensichtliche Mängel, die man auch nicht beseitigen wollte. Das Schlafsofa ist nur ein Feldbett und nur auf Anfrage erhältlich, obwohl für 4x gebucht wurde. Der Balkon ist unsicher, brüchig mit offener Elektrik. Mit den Treppen, dem engen Fahrstuhl, den Zimmern, dem Service ist es NICHT familienfreundlich. Die Luft im gesamten Hotel ist stickig und muffig, obwohl es nicht heiß war (verregnet). Es gab Mängel wie z.B. ein kaputtes Waschbecken (Wasser lief nicht ab), die wir gemeldet hatten, aber es kam niemand zur Reparatur. Besteck und Teller waren dreckig beim Frühstücken und Haare fand man auch im Essen. Grundsätzlich war es überall nur oberflächlich sauber. Parkplätze gab es nur gegen Aufpreis und selbst dann nur auf Gut Glück. Den Erwartungen und Preisen wird das Hotel absolut nicht gerecht für Familien und bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war es für uns als kleine Family schrecklich.

Veldig fresht og komfortabelt hotell. God frokost og et enestående lekerom! Eneste minus er at vi måtte sjekke inn på en iPad mens resepsjonisten sto og så på, og hjalp oss når vi ikke forstod hva som skulle fylles inn. Dette hadde gått mye smidigere om hotellet hadde brukt informasjonen vi allerede hadde oppgitt ved booking, og så fylte inn det resterende ved å spørre oss. Men utover dette var hotellet supert.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer, die Lage des Hotels ist Strandnah. Das Frühstück ist gut und man vermisst nichts. Das Hotel befindet sich anscheinend gerade im Umbau, sodass hier und da noch Renovierungsarbeiten erkennbar sind, was aber sonst nicht gestöhrt hat. Einziges, aus unserer Sicht, Ärgernis ist der Balkon. Wir haben uns bewusst für ein Zimmer mit Balkon entschieden. Dieser ist im Grunde nicht vom Nachbarzimmer abgegrenzt. Da muss man schon sehr kontaktfreudig sein! Wenn dann noch die nette, ältere Dame aus dem Nachbarzimmer, in Unterwäsche auf dem Balkon sitzend, Spanisch mit dem Handy lernt ist die Entspannung auf dem Balkon gleich null! Alles in allem stimmt aber die Preis - Leistung.
