The 3 independent cottages are located directly on the edge of the field and connected by a driveway with the village road. There are two bedrooms, a large living / dining area and fireplace as well as sauna.
The houses are next to each other and each have a terrace and a larger lawn with barbecue and games.

Entspannter Familienurlaub im modernen Ferienhaus

Wunderbares Ferienhaus, supergemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich nett. Für unseren Hund die perfekte Umgebung, ruhig und ländlich, aber trotzdem ist die Ostsee in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Schönes Haus, sehr günstig gelegen.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Timmendorfer Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Die Straße direkt hinter dem Haus ist speziell frühmorgens nicht zu überhören.

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter=perfekter Urlaub

Bereits vor Reiseantritt war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich. Bei der Ankunft ist uns kurz das Haus gezeigt worden, zudem erfolgten Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung und zu den Waschmöglichkeiten. Und dann hat ein entspannter Urlaub begonnen! Das Haus an ist extrem sauber gewesen, die Einrichtung an sich ist liebevoll-gemütlich. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, es fehlte uns nichts! Die Räumlichkeiten sind von der Aufteilung prima, ausreichend Schränke in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden. Besonders einladend ist der helle, geräumige Wohn-/Essbereich mit Zugang auf die eingewachsene Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse stehen Gartenstühle, ein großer Gartentisch sowie eine Saunaliege zur Nutzung bereit. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Der Ort Timmendorfer Strand ist etwa 2 km entfernt und zu Fuß oder bestens mit dem Rad erreichbar. Insgesamt herrscht eine total entspannte Atmosphäre vor -wir haben es genossen und das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Touren in die nähere Umgebung (überwiegend mit dem Rad) gemacht. Danke an die Vermieter für den tollen Aufenthalt, den morgendlichen Brötchenservice, die Tipps für Ziele in der Region und das nette Miteinander! Wir kommen gerne und ganz bestimmt wieder!

Besser geht’s nicht!

Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend! Soviel vorab. Außen: Die Lage ist genial, weil sie ein bisschen im Landesinneren ist, man aber innerhalb weniger Minuten am Strand sein kann. Das Grundstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir befanden uns direkt im Grünen, es gab Gartenmöbel und einen Sonnenschirm, große Fenster, die viel Licht nach innen lassen Innen: Es ist alles vorhanden! Das Haus ist sehr gut durchdacht, theoretisch könnten 6 Personen dort schlafen, aus meiner Sicht ist es für max. 4 Personen (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder) ideal. Fazit: Alles ist sehr gut!

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Trubels war einwandfrei. Mit Fahrrädern ist man in Groß Timmendorf einwandfrei unterwegs. Tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen sind möglich. Wir haben die Woche über das Auto stehen lassen. Ruck zuck ist man am Strand. Zu Fuß ist der Weg sehr lang, aber trotzdem gut zu bewältigen. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt bei netten, unkomplizierten Menschen. Danke!

Schönes, helles und sauberes Haus

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles top. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Täglicher Brötchenservice an die Haustür war ein Luxus den wir genauso wie die Sauna, gerne genutzt haben. Man ist nicht mitten im Getümmel in Timmendorf, aber die Ostsee ist fix in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal gewesen. 3 Kilometer bis Scharbeutz und Timmendorfer Strand.

Perfekt gelegen und einkaufen war auch möglich. Gastgeber super freundlich und auf Wunsch gibt es täglich frische Brötchen. Ganz lieben Dank für die Mühe. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine schöne Woche an der Ostsee

Freundliche Besitzer, Brötchen-Service jeden Morgen, sehr gute Kommunikation, Haus sehr sauber. Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren Ferienhäuser, dieses war mit Abstand das Sauberste. Gute Ausstattung inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Strom und Wasserverbrauch im Endpreis enthalten. Das Haus ist aufgrund der großen Fenster sehr hell und vermittelt angenehmen skandinavischen Flair. Mit dem Auto sind es 6 Minuten nach Timmendorfer Strand-Zentrum. Zu Fuß aber eine kleine Herausforderung. Danke für diese schöne und angenehme Woche.
