"Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it."

"It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"Friendly guy on reception but took over an hour to check in as there were many guests waiting to be checked in at 3pm Very manual process of finding the guest on the paper list then issuing the door key My room was not supplied with toilet paper so I had to go to reception and ask for a roll Bins were not empty from the previous day"

"Flat was bright, spacious and airy. Very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. Super location. City centre walkable but we used the very frequent buses from the bus stop 2 minutes walk from the flat. Buses are easy to use with contactless cards. Just tap in and out. Bath is a beautiful city well suited for pedestrians. The flat has off-street parking but there was plenty of parking available on the street.
