"Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. "The property was beautifully decorated, with great views. Location was perfectly situated between the 2 sand blows. But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc. Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. The noise coming from the appartment above at night time was constant, as they had children running around at all hours of the night and the use of the spa from above after 9pm. "Unit was lovely and clean, and good access to amenities, beds were nice and comfy, was a little bit surprised that we had to supply our own sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel, (apparently we could hire the sheets etc for and extra $15 per person) we don't go away for holidays much, but haven't had to supply those things, when staying at a holiday place before. The parking was good, the pools were lovely. overall, was a lovely place to stay."

"Great two bed room unit. Stayed with a girlfriend from interstate Location was great for us. Not right In town about 1.6 k walk into the Main Street Few shops ,coffee and supermarket. Then walk along beach Back to unit. Balcony overlooking lap pool Did have to provide your own sheets pillow cases towel and bath mats ,which isn’t good for people who fly Lucky I could as I drove from sunny coast Feel these should be provided it just more you have to bring Everything else there you need in kitchen....

"A lovely house, light and airy with a beautiful outlook. A couple of suggestions: it would be more convenient and definitely more comfortable to have twin beds rather than a double bunk. Twin beds would fit easily into that smaller bedroom. Also, the provision of some dishwashing tablets and bin bags would be helpful. Otherwise a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you!"
