"The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather."

"Nice sized apartment we had with a view of the sea and airport. Only 10 mins from the airport so very handy. Nice quiet area with a free shuttle bus to the main town, 4 pubs with in a 5 min walk so a nice quiet relaxing holiday "

"Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. "

"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. "Very nice see view, very good food. However there are multiple small things which need attention: deck outside was broken with screws sticking out (bit scarry when you travel with kid), faulty hairdryer, missing plug for hydromassage bath, sometimes houskeeping service did not left water or coffe capsulles and salty water in swimming pool (which we not expected)"
