Wonderful property

Great stay, villa perfect and exactly as described. Aircon in 2 bedrooms was very effective. Owner lives next door and was extremely helpful with local information. Excellent pool and facilities.

Lovely stay

We stayed at the house for two weeks in July. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean and the pool was perfect. Our three children (3, 6 and 8 years old) had lots of fun in the pool. The property owner is just next door and is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool and outdoor area

We loved our stay at Villa Marijana! The villa was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and everything we could possibly need. The outside area and pool were lovely with plenty of sun loungers for our group of 8 and the children loved having a garden area with trampoline in addition to the pool. We spent several evenings in Porec which is really lovely and only about a 10 minute drive away. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, they were so welcoming and living nearby they were always on hand to answer any questions or offer advice on places to visit. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone visiting Istria. We hope to return!

Perfect...again

This is the second time we have booked this house. Everything was perfect, just like the last time. The young owner is very welcoming and communication is relaxed and trouble-free. The house is meticulously well-maintained and practically laid out. The pool adjacent to the outside dining area and barbecue is a great quality. The area is very quiet and laid back which we really like. It is located in a charming little village far from the hustle and bustle of tourist centers like Poreč. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Der Kontakt vor und bei Anreise mit Marijana war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Wir durften das Haus sogar schon frĂŒher beziehen und haben so ein paar Stunden Urlaub gewonnen Auch am Abreisetag mussten wir nicht um Punkt 10 Uhr ausziehen, weil wir vermutlich die letzten vor Saisonende waren, was das ganze auch sehr viel entspannter fĂŒr uns gemacht hat. Das Haus und der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool sind super schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Zwei klitze kleine Kritikpunkte: es gab nur 6 LiegestĂŒhle am Pool und nur eine Dusche im Haus (wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind). Das zweite Bad hat eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang oder -kabine und konnte daher nicht wirklich von uns genutzt werden. Ansonsten war alles wirklich toll. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Nach ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man in Poreč. Vielen Dank fĂŒr Alles!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, es ist sehr gut aus ausgestattet und auch schön dekoriert. Es war sauber. Bilder entsprechen dem Vorhandenen (kein Trampolin), einiges wurde schon ausgetauscht.Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr freundlich, es klappte alles reibungslos. Abkommen, wohlfĂŒhlen, Urlaub genießen.

La villa est parfaite et tout est conforme Ă  l'annonce. Marijana, la propriĂ©taire et son mari sont super sympathiques et vraiment lĂ  en cas de besoin. Nous avons passĂ© deux belles semaines de baignades et de promenades. La cĂŽte autour de Porec (voir photos) est vraiment magnifique et le village oĂč se trouve la villa Ă  bonne distance pour profiter de la mer (dont l'eau est vraiment translucide...voir photo) sans la foule. Dans ce sens une voiture est impĂ©rative. La villa dispose de tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaire : barbecue, piscine, air conditionnĂ©e ainsi qu'un carport trĂ©s apprĂ©ciable pour la voiture lorsqu'il fait trĂšs chaud. Bref nous avons adorĂ© (mĂȘme nos ados, c'est dire!) et nous reviendrons trĂšs certainement.

Das Haus ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!! Alles schön groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht!!Der Pool ist mega!Auch die ĂŒberdachte Sitzgelegenheit mit Grill, einfach toll! Die Vermieter (wohnen gleich nebenan) sind super nette Menschen, erkundigen sich immer wieder ob alles passt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Einfach perfekt!! Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen und kommen sicher wieder!!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes war perfekt. Alle Fragen wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Am Anreisetag waren wir schon um die Mittagszeit in Porec und konnten dann kurzfristig auch zwei Stunden frĂŒher einchecken. GekĂŒhlte GetrĂ€nke zum Empfang, selbst produzierten Honig und Olivenöl zum Abschied, was will man mehr. 😉 Vielen Dank nochmals. Die Lage und das Haus sind perfekt. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe, war Ende September aber schon etwas erfrischend. FĂŒr das Auto ist ein Carport vorhanden, was in den Sommermonaten sicher auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Last but not least, das WLAN arbeitet schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig. Gerne wieder. Empfehlung: die Pizzeria in Tinjan!

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und schön im Landesinneren und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere AusflĂŒge. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In Tinjan (ca. 4 KM entfernt) findet sich die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein sehr gutes Restaurant.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und herzliche Gastfamilie

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat uns auch Tips fĂŒr Restaurants, AusflĂŒge gegeben. Als die SpĂŒlmaschine defekt war hat sie schnell reagiert und den Service bestelkt, was dann auch kurz darauf wieder behoben war. Sehr zu empfehlen😀

Perfect holiday home

Very nice owner who helps you with everything. The house is big, clean and well equiped. Airco up-and downstairs was welcome in this hot summer and I could park my car in the shadow.
