House Demetra in central Istria with 4 bedrooms and a swimming pool consists of two residential units and is rented out exclusively as a whole. Guests have access to their own garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, garden furniture and bathroom, swings, table tennis and several parking spaces.Tinjan is a picturesque village in central Istria, famous for its Istrian prosciutto. Since 2006, when the municipality of Tinjan declared itself the municipality of Istrian prosciutto, the International Prosciutto Fair ISAP has been held regularly in Tinjan. It is the event that has contributed to the recognition of the municipality and the whole of rural Istria, and is based on the endeavour to preserve the traditional product and promote the economic growth and development of this region. It is one of the most important tourist and economic events in central Istria, visited by more than 25,000 people every year.Demetra House consists of two accommodation units. On the ground floor there is a flat with a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. On the first floor there is a flat with a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

Heel mooi huis. Alles goed onderhouden en vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Ze reinigen het zwembad om de 2 dagen. En brengen groeten en fruit van eigen kweek. Ideale locatie om de streek te verkennen.
