Expedia hadnt paid for our room or half board. .The staff at the ibis were very professional never once made us feel awkward.Eventually expedia paid hotel The hotel is very clean a comfy bed especially pillows.There are extra pillows if needed. Food was very tasty theres a bar on site by reception. We enjoyed our stay dispite mess up. Thanks again to the great receptionist ."

Impressive hotel clean welcoming and facilities 5* pool large and very clean as was sauna changing etc. Room large and with all amenities fridge micro wave etc. Comfortable beds and great power shower .
