"I left them a bad review bc my husband is allergic to feathers and all but 1 of our pillows was feathers. When I called to get a different pillow they said they didn't have any. So then I asked about an extra comforter and again they said the same thing. So then I said what about sheets and they told me to go to the front desk. When I got there they made me wait 10 minutes and then finally went to the back and brought me a full set of comforter and sheets. The hot tub was lukewarm . The staff was ridiculously rude and the breakfast was atrocious. The hotel hallway smelled like weed and the elevator smelled like sweaty butt hole."

"The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two."

"The room was well outfitted with plenty of electrical outlets for our chargers and enough lighting fixtures. We enjoyed two mornings' excellent hot breakfasts with really good coffee. Everything was clean and stylish without stupid extravagance. We recommend this hotel highly."

"My room did not match the photos on the website, but the bigger issue was the overall environment. The property smelled strongly of marijuana, there was frequent foot traffic at all hours, and several guests appeared to be under the influence. The room door was difficult to open and required assistance from staff. I was also informed that the cable service was experiencing issues, and none of the channels were working during my stay. The atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I requested a refund shortly after checking in, but was told one could not be provided. Although I stayed the night, I was unable to get much sleep due to the conditions. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel."
