"Fabulous place for a large family get together. Really lovely property in a great location. Any problems were fixed promptly. Well kitted out kitchen and the hot tub was a big hit. "Fabulous house with amazing views! 19 of us stayed at the property, ages ranging from 3- 65! The house is spacious and well equipped white a lovely outdoor area and bbq! We all loved the hot tub and swimming pool. Would love to visit again!"

"What a welcome to the punch house. We arrived and they knew we was staying. Offered a drink before check in and a love service from the staff there. The food smelt amazing as soon as you walk through the door. Shown to our rooms and it was perfect. Not too big and not too small. Bathroom with shower was clean and hot. Perfect size beds which was very comfortable. Will be heading back soon to try out the food. "

"Can’t fault anything really we had a great stay staff friendly hotel was lovely great location easy access to all the shops the harbour and the main attractions of Bristol. The food was lovely so much choice to have the bedroom was lovely. Plenty of teas and coffees. Nice that you had a thermostat to turn up the heating. Bathroom was lovely. You had toiletries so that was a nice to have the only downside was going into the bathroom bit of a trip hazard we thought because both me and my husband both tripped apart from that excellent hotel would definitely come back again and would recommend it to friends and family"
