"There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. "The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there."

"This place hardly rates 2 stars. The first room we were given smelled terribly of smoke, and not because of the wildfires. We were told it would be ready in a matter of minutes, so we sent out for a bite to eat only to find the chambermaid's cart STILL parked outside our door with the door open and no one around when we returned. After complaining, we were given another room that was ready. Since carpeting is so tough to keep clean, many of these budget places have switched to laminate flooring...
