"Could not fault it, clean quite and everything we wanted for our weekend break. Met our host Dave and was very helpful with local knowledge. Would highly recommended this property for any couple looking for a quite night away with all luxuries you need in an apartment."

"We loved this place and the hosts ! The cottage is very clean well appointed, the fire was going and the electric blankets were on when we arrived. Hans gave us a very interesting chat on the history of the station. We are already booking another stay, cant wait to go back !"

"Recently renovated kitchen, living room, bathroom. Very cozy (we had a storm the first night). Wood burner was great, plenty of wood tho' we were short on paper to light it with. Great being so close to the water. Rest of weekend was great weather, Such a great spot. Lighthouse very visible in the full moon light!.A nice mix of fresh & new and 'original' bach - the bedrooms. They were smallish but fine for what we needed. Great that the bach was not over decorated with kiwiana. Lots of comfortable seating & a big table. We would reccommend it."

"Great place for family and friends to stay. Loved the country feel. Very modern with central heating and fun lighting. Great for the cold winter nights. Hot tub - a lovely bonus.
