"Todo estuvo excelente Pese a que el inconveniente que tuvimos No tuvo nada que ver con el Hotel, Desgraciadamente no había acceso a la zona arqueologica de Chichenitza lo cual nos convirtió en casi los únicos huéspedes del hotel, pero eso No afecto en nada la calidad y servicio del personal, cenamos ..."

"Nos alojamos en ese hotel por la cercanía al centro arqueológico de Chichén Itzá pero los artesanos hicieron un piquete y no nos dejaron entrar, siendo que viajamos para ver el monumento y no pudimos nos fuimos temprano a Mérida. El hotel en consecuencia de este hecho estaba vacío, solo nosotros ..."
