It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. "This is a good listing for someone on a business trip. It feels a lot like a leasing office with a bed in it. No closet, no where to put your clothes, no kitchen table just a working desk and chair, no iron or ironing board (which was listed but no where in the listing), the property manager isn’t very responsive. "Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If asked what type of room you would like, ask for a corner room-gorgeous, spacious, and a great view! The only complaint we had was that there were not enough fruit and cereal options for breakfast. We also would have preferred whole milk options. A few additions to the morning menu would make this even better. Parking took a minute to figure out but once you go in and out of the garage a couple of times it is easy to do. "
