They took tourist tax from us.we were on different hotels but the other hotels didn’t take any tax from us.this one took tax from us

We made a confirmation for a room with my family (already paid) and when we arrived they told us that the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t want to give us the money back. We had to look for another place, worst experience so far. I wish I could get my money back.

Kleinschalige accomodatie vlakbij (20 minuten lopen) van centrum en met zeer vruendelijk personeel dat 24/7 beschikbaarr was. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Voor 5 euro per dag kon je voor de duur parkeren
