"Es ist eine komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung eine Querstraße vom Strand entfernt. Die zusätzliche Duschkabine im Garten mit Warmwasser vermeidet Sand in der Wohnung. Leider ist der Garten sehr feucht, was viele Stechmücken zur Folge hat. Man kann quasi nicht draußen sitzen. Die Fenster sind aber alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise sehr wackleig und sollte ausgetauscht werden."

"Casa Ribocchi is set in rural Tuscany, with pretty hillside villages, Etruscan amd Roman history, and clear blue seas with fine sand all within half an hour’s drive. Plenty of shaded parking on site too. The site has plenty of trees and grass that add a lovely feel. The onsite swimming pool is clean and a good size with parasols and deck chairs. "Die Ausstattung war minimal und entsprach z. T. nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen oder Weingläser und auch keine Liegen für die Terrasse. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Doch der große Pool und das Personal/Animationsteam waren klasse. Wir haben von dort einige Ausflüge gemacht und mehrere (freie) Strände besucht. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem Teil der Toskana, der noch sehr italienisch ist."

"Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig ausgelegt. Guter Service des Vermieters der mit vielen Tipps den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Leider ist in der Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr nicht viel los und ohne Auto ist es eher schwierig einzukaufen und etwas zu erleben. Zum entspannen war es trotzdem sehr angenehm."
