This luxurious villa on the island of Murter in Northern Dalmatia, in the holiday resort of Betina, is located only about 300 metres from the sea and offers space for up to 10 guests. The villa is modern equipped and convinces with a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room and two separate apartments with two bedrooms each. One apartment additionally has a guest room with two folding beds, and sofa beds are also available.



In the outdoor area, a covered garden terrace with parasols, sun loungers, and a traditional outdoor grill invites you to linger. The large garden offers sunbathing lawns and a children's playground. Six parking spaces, some of which are sun-protected, are available.



The villa is air-conditioned and features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, baby cot upon request, and separate balconies or terraces with sea views. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The location in a quiet environment, surrounded by plenty of greenery, offers short distances to restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, doctors and pharmacies. Fine gravel beaches are located 700 m and 1 km away.



Leisure activities in the vicinity include boat trips, sailing, swimming, diving, snorkelling, bicycle hire, nature and national parks, aqua parks, big game fishing, museums and water polo.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bedding, towels, baby cot, high chair, sauna, pool and hot tub use, internet, washing machine and tumble dryer (communal) as well as the tourist tax. Heating will be charged separately. A deposit must be paid once.
