"We had been traveling nonstop on the Highlands and we're looking forward to getting a good night sleep at the Marriott in Glasgow. Went to bed and was woken by the loudest alarm at 6am. Got dressed and opened our doors to find other guests coming out of their rooms too. Before getting to the staircase we were told it was a false alarm and went back to our room. Had a difficult time falling back to sleep. After we woke up to depart and check out, we ask d the front desk if we could get some kind of credit or maybe a free breakfast for the inconvenience and they said it want their problem that caused the alarm. Are you kidding me?! Hospitality is crap at this place. Will never stay there again and we do not recommend anyone to stay there"

"We booked a room as we were flying from Glasgow early and it’s close, first impression of outside wasn’t great but inside it’s beautiful with a huge bed and extremely comfortable, the staff were also very friendly and helpful"
