For the second year in a row, I have stayed at this hotel, and I have had a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast is varied, with something different every morning. The beach is excellent, and the rooms are clean. I have never had any unpleasant or bad experiences. My personal experience has been completely positive The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, it’s next to lots of restaurants and free parking. Walkable to the port of Montenegro Their carpark was full but reception directed us to free parking close by. The beach is directly opposite and well maintained The room was a sea view room which was lovely. Breakfast was ok but could be better in terms of what’s on offer The only downside I would say is that although we checked out early to do a boat trip, we didn’t need to leave for the airport (10 min drive) until 3pm. We asked to come back and use a room/spa to shower- they said no. I thought this let the customer experience down as otherwise we had a great stay

Beautiful resort, clean and comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast and the restaurant had nice options for lunch/dinner/ snacks in between. Front staff was not as welcoming as I would have liked, felt very rushed and although no one else was waiting or around, the info we got was more in our room in the book. Even for calling for taxis it felt like we were interrupting them. One of your bartenders was very informative on what to expect for cab rates and things in the area to look for, that is the socialization I expect from front staff.

Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. The bar lady was lovely however the bar men could do with smiling to welcome people in to their hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience and excellent location.

Great property right by the sea, with wonderful views from the front rooms. Very well kept and professionally managed, good offer of services and amenities. A solid offer and pleasant alternative to the fussy pretensions of most hotel in Porto Montenegro, for a good value. To be improved: free private parking is scarse, could be better signposted. An espresso machine in the rooms would be a cherry on the cake.

Fantastic hotel

Lovely sea front hotel, really clean, great breakfast, really good plunge pool, sauna and steam room too. Has it's own private beach too. Was upgraded to a better room too. Highly recommended. Perfectly located for walks along the front to the harbour area

It is really nice and clean hotel with its own pebble beach. Hotel is located in walking distance to Port of Montenegro, but in quite area far from the noisy area. Breakfast was good enough.

Great hotel with a perfect location.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Loved spending the day on its private beach and then a very pleasant stroll to the port, people watching and choosing which of the gorgeous restaurants to eat in. Everyone in the hotel were friendly and the breakfast had lots of variety. Our bedroom was small but had everything you needed including a sea view which we hadn’t paid any extra for. For what we paid it was an absolute bargain and definitely recommend.

A good option. Great sauna and steam room with cool spa. Solid breakfast let down by fake OJ and pretty poor coffee. Like everywhere, getting on top of the very heated (crazy hot) rooms is a challenge. Neary restaurants are fantastic
