"Quiet room, within 1 or 1.5 kms of walking from major attractions, friendly staff, good breakfast, good value. Got a good size bedroom and a kitchen/dining room, nice view. Basic clean sheets and toiletries. Good for people who don't mind stairs and walking. Parking on the street, paid by the hour from 8 am to 5 pm, unless you park away from blue zone, and walk."

"A truly brilliant location and the restaurant is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling by car the walk to the public car park is not a problem and the hotel will help you with your bags if you let them know. I hope to return! If you have mobility issues the stairs from reception to the rooms may be trying."

"We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!"

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super...
